James Stephen's Military Barracks Squash Club
The Club has two courts, two saunas and showers. Open 7 days, 10am to 10pm.
Kilkenny Sub Aqua Club
Members go on dives on Sundays off the Waterford and Wexford coast and occasional weekend diving trips to the West coast are organised. Members are involved in search and rescue operations. The club has its own boats and equipment and can hire out equipment to members for training. Meetings and training for diving qualifications are held every Wednesday night, 9pm-10pm, from January to May in the Watershed swimming pool.

25m six lane swimming pool. 5m learner pool. Kiddies fun pool. Open year round to members and non members. “Off-peak” and “special” price times.
Kilkenny County & City Lawn Tennis Club
Facilities include eight all-weather, floodlit courts, bar, saunas and showers. This active club has regular tournaments and social events. Private coaching available. New members most welcome. Membership commences in April.

Hatha Yoga courses mornings and evenings. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Available to private groups or companies. Qualified instructor and classes for stress management through yoga.
