School of Chinese Martial Arts
We teach the classical martial arts of seven star praying mantis, xingyiquan, baguazhang, taijiquan, wing chun and yiliquan. Training is rigorous and very traditional. It includes not only striking and kicking techniques as well as a full repertoire of grappling and joint twisting techniques, traditional kungfu weaponry, nerve point attacks and training in qi gong (the art of manipulating ones vital energy).  We are a full-time club running 17 classes per week. We are the European headquarters for the yiliquan kungfu association and the Irish representative for ITSWA. Member of British Council of Chinese Martial Arts. We are a non-sport based martial arts club.
